I thought the service when I had dinner was actually pretty good, although at some point, they closed the inside dining room with the weird tall tables which are arranged in a school classroom like fashion.
I don't know if they were short-staffed (first week) or they had a "seat yourself" sign out front, but people kept trying to sit in there and were sent out to the "outside" tables.
Also, the chairs slide very freely on the floors in there, so something to watch out for if you're a little clutzy
