If you can find one of the carriers that will issue it, then go for it !! ^
I doubt anything would be picked up on it in the normal course of check-in etc, unless you needed to get the ticket reissued for whatever reason. In that case, if the error is then picked up at reissue, the carrier doing that may not reissue it, referring you back to the original carrier of issue, or they'll get you to rectify your routing before they do any sort of reissue.
