I've got 3 segments left on a DONE, scheduled to end in CAI. Can I opt for Alexandria as an alternate end port? I seem to remember the fare rules stating only 'country of origin' as the requirement ie Egypt.
From the rules:

113N . 4. ORIGIN-DESTINATION SURFACE PERMITTED:
114N . -WITHIN COUNTRY OF ORIGIN.
115N . NOTE: U.S./CANADA ARE CONSIDERED THE SAME
116N . COUNTRY.
117N . -WITHIN AFRICA
118N . -WITHIN THE MIDDLE EAST

That said, I notice that the BA flights to HBE are operated by British Mediterranean, using a BA designator. Any ideas on whether this is a valid flight for OWE purposes?
From the rules BA affiliates for OWE:
23N BRITISH AIRWAYS
24N ----------------
25N .
26N . * BRITISH MEDITERRANEAN
27N . * CITIEXPRESS
28N . * COMAIR
29N . * GB AIRWAYS
30N . * LOGANAIR
31N . * DUO AIRWAYS LIMITED /FORMERLY MAERSK AIR LTD./ -
32N . DISCONTINUED AS AFFILIATE OF BA/ONEWORLD
33N . EFFECTIVE FOR FLIGHTS ON/AFTER 01NOV03.
34N . * REGIONAL AIR INCLUDING FLIGHTS OPERATED BY QP.
35N . * SUN-AIR
36N . * ZAMBIAN AIRWAY OPERATED UNDER BA CODE.

Haven't been on the flights so I can't comment on Brit Med.
