All of the paid for QF premium economy fare classes are listed in the MPC club points table. Just remember that pretty much all of the FF programs will credit higher values to the "native" program. Translation: PEY on QF will earn about the same as flex Y on CX.

Having said that, PEY on QF has a very good reputation.
