Looks like EWR-FCO (UA40) yesterday did not go well as instead of leaving at 5:30pm, it left at 12:38am, where it arrived into FCO at 3:13pm (7:28 late). UA is calling it a maintenance delay.

As much as we knock UA for on-time performance...AZ is far worse. On Saturday, I was on CTA-FCO, which ended up taking a :55 delay, but the only reason we found out about the delay was because the boarding time had come and gone, and the AZ agents did not show up at the gate, nor was there aircraft at said gate.
