I'm not sure where the Aug 11 claim in the wiki came from. If it was incorrect, then all the data points can tell us so far is "not yet". We won't know "true" or not until they change or until we hit the 28th, whichever comes first.
Which is not to say I don't think DoC is right; we just don't know yet.
