I think they are in the firing line anyway... Personally I believe it can even be an incentive to be even more customer focused..

BA could also choose to ask a different question each time. It just needs to be 1 or 2 though.

Last but not least, it is a good way to evaluate new 'enhancements' (or actual improvements) directly.
