I was thinking... Just read that the crew are being evaluated heavily against the outcome of the surveys (i.e. Net Promotor Score probably) and I for one have a bit of trouble always remembering the exact details of the flight when I do them.
I am experimenting with this at my employer so I was wondering...; the most valuable feedback is given immediately after a transaction (in this case the flight). Would you participate if the App asked you 2 questions shortly after landing.
1. Please provide your overall satisfaction (1 to 5 stars)
2. Do you wish to participate in a follow up survey based on this experience?
You can select 2 if you're either very happy or feeling very Flyertalk...
If you select 2 you will get a Nunwood survey in which you can complain or compliment in more detail.
I believe that this kind of more generic but instant feedback is more valuable and with the app you can (of course after approving this) immediately link it to stuff like pax name, status, seat, cabin, on time performance, etc.
What do you think?
And yes, dear BA, you may contact me...
