Hello. Anyone know if the "Premium Economy Sale" fare on Qantas is eligible for Cathay Club Points? Or even Asia Miles? I can't figure out what the fare class is, otherwise I would look it up in the nifty tool on the Cathay site.

I'm trying to book flights from SEA>MEL and MEL>JFK. If I were flying from NYC, I would have probably stuck to flying Cathay but since I'll be on the West Coast, seems silly to fly all that extra time, plus I'm curious to try the Qantas Premium Economy on the A380.
