If BA adopt the same technology and approach as AA then I think this will be a positive change overall.

With plenty of kiosks that are easy to use and reliable the AA experience (for me at least) has been better than standing there while an agent types War & Peace...

If the implementation is half-a**d and on the cheap, then it will be a nightmare

The print at home idea is so stupid it should just be quietly forgotten
