I've switched all my Scandinavian flying to SAS.

Just to add for those who do not know.

SAS offers two classes in Europe, GO and PLUS. GO is strictly LCC style, however think you may get a free bag.
PLUS is a prem econ product rather than business. 3x3 seating is the main differentiation, as well as meals on BA being presented on a tray vs. box. However I find the SAS quality better. You also get a reasonably free pick of the BoB menu.

Biggest difference is that you can get Plus fairly often at BA econ prices, meaning you get a quasi-business product for less. Eg a weekend return in SAS plus can be had for around £220-250 to OSL vs. £400 on BA.
