I got my upgraded Target Redcard Mastercard. I've used it to make small purchases at 7/1 1 in Mexico, and it asks for Pin. I also bought cheap However Target Redcard Mastercard doesn't give any rewards non-target purchases, so I'll only use this card at self attended kiosks where pin is required. I finally have a Pin Preferring Card!
