Most HH members trying to obtain HH benefits for OTA bookings during hotel frontdesk checkin ....
would simply signon to HH App, bring up acct details screen in HH app on their mobile phone (or laptop/notebook) and then show that signed in screen to hotel checkin desk.

Checkin Desk then see pertinent live HH info, ie,
hh member name/hh member number/hh status.
