Used Aadvantage Platinum to pay for rental in Spain and had an accident in Madrid. The damage was about $500 including Loss of Use. After submitting requested records to Triton had to wait for Sixt to provide me with the Letter of Demand and Invoice for repairs done to the car from Sixt. Once that was submitted to Triton they took about 30 days to send the check in full to Sixt Spain and notified me about that. Did not hear from either company ever since and it has been over 2 months since the check was sent, so I guess the claim is satisfied. Overall, pretty easy experience to deal with Triton if you have all the required info - Rental Agreement, Police Report, Credit Card statement with rental charge posted, Repair Invoice etc.
