BA001 doesn't leave until 09.45 whilst BA002 lands 07.15 and BA004 at 10.15 so there's no reason why BA002 pax can't have half an hour for a quick bite to eat on the ground before the lounge is opened for departing BA001 pax, and BA004 pax the same on the odd day when BA003 leaves at 12.45. They might just have to take their chances on clearing immigration in the normal queue rather than being escorted though.
I don't see this working, the CWLCY lounge is at the end of the pier, and the corridor behind leads to domestic arrivals. To reach immigration you'd need a bus, as LCY doesn't mix arriving and departing passengers. And having a bus shuttling 1 passenger at a time from the lounge as they finish their coffee seems wasteful.
