My guess is the Radisson wanted a min revenue guarantee alongside a contract extension, and with cost cuts at banks, Brexit, and crossrail coming up, the days on the LCY service are numbered.
How strange. What other airline is queuing up to rival BA for this? And apart from the BA4 arrivals, breakfast is being served to hotel guests.
I see nothing special about the service vs a walk-up breakfast customer except for a shower added in.
