I do not have the Ritz Carlton card, but it appears Chase provides unlimited guests with that Priority Pass membership. There is no provision for a guest fee in the card terms. (As a practical matter it likely costs Chase very little to cover guests above two, and in practice Citi seldom bills for guests.)
