Always grab row 1 on the 767 if you can. The footwell is in the bulkhead and is thus bigger then the footwell on the rest of the seats. As for light/noise, the galley is far enough away to not bother you. The toilets on these planes also have the blue lightening when the door is open, thus you won't be blinded by white light when the door opens.
That's what I thought. Thus outside of minor foot room it's not much difference in the seating. Why I asked.
