Yep, I couldn't believe the rates for the downtown hotels when booking my wife a room there for the beginning of November. Hyatt Place was ~$340 IIRC. Ended up booking the downtown Hilton at $295, which I'm now thinking is a good deal (it has since sold out on the dates my wife is traveling).
