I'm trying to correct a mistyped mobile number in my contact details of a booking. When I type in the correct number I repeatedly get "Please enter a mobile/cell phone number instead of a landline number." It is a mobile number, as I don't own a landline. Two calls to BA. The first CSR said he corrected it, but didn't. The second tried and failed, said it was some kind of computer glitch but that it was ok because they had the correct info on their end. Would feel better if the records actually showed that they had the correct number. Any suggestions are appreciated.
