on a flight on tuesday, on a directv 738, i logged in to my MP account, and purchased a wifi plan. once i bought the plan, i had no internet access at all -- even united.com stopped working! I switched this useless plan to another device, and united.com started working on the first device again..
whichever device i had connected to the plan, the unitedwifi.com portal just showed "connection pending" or something like that in the spot where "internet available" would be.
i got an emailed receipt and filed for a refund, but it looks like the charge for the session just never hit my card at all..
(the return flight yesterday was gogo on a mesa E175 -- that one worked fine and i do see a pending charge..)
