My friends were on a 319 this morning with CE at Row 10 and no table was installed. There can be a table in row 10 despite being an exit.

This is disgraceful. Another complete failure and waste of money that is CE. So basically they have an ET seat and no PREMIUM table to put their bevvies on without using the lap table which isn't ideal anyway. And of course, supplementary bevvies were offered in-keeping with the Bevvie Airways ethos of service recovery.

Not PREMIUM at all.
