I agree with ajeleonard; You could stay at the Sheraton CDG, check in after your flight, dump your bag, head into the city for an evening dinner/whatever, sleep at the airport and fly out the next morning. 10 Euros or so for the RER into the city and then take a cab/Uber back at night.
