I'm curious to here what you guys think of this.

Earlier this year I booked 6 nights at Moorea on points in standard garden room for July 2017. Around 2 months ago I was contacted by them offering room upgrades with the most expensive upgrade option being the Panoramic Overwater Bungalow. I ended up paying 20,000 XPF per night to get one. I even request one of the rooms at the end of the dock and they said they'd note the request on my reservation.

Fast forward to today and I got another email from them offering upgrades again...now they're trying to sell me a "Premium Panoramic Overwater Bungalow" for an ADDITIONAL 20,000 XPF per night on top of the 20,000 I already paid. I was confused because the hotel website does not show a "Premium Panoramic Overwater Bungalow" room type. I did some googling and found this site which has this page which says that started April 1st 2017 the rooms at the end of the dock will be designated as these "premium" rooms.

So I guess the rooms I thought I was paying for just got reclassified to something twice as expensive? Think I should try to complain about this?
