I fly routinely on UA flights between HI and SFO or LAX and NEVER have I gotten my Samsung Galaxy S5 to get to entertainment. Last issues was "problem connecting". My wife's iphone worked fine but screen too small. I am able to get to my UA account and flight status but not entertainment. Touted highly but useless in the real world. Does anyone know WHY? Attendants are clueless and have no knowledge of how this all should work. I keep the app updated to no avail. Am I missing some plug-in for android?
