If 7G and 7H are available, grab them. I tend to prefer 7C, the "C" because there is a forward lavatory on that (port) side, whereas the starboard lavatory on the starboard side, in front of 7G, is supposed to be for the J passengers, the non-bulkhead because I prefer to stretch legs and feet (to the extent I can) under the seat ahead rather than twisting them against hard bulkhead. As for row 23, I hate the wait to get off, and -- if you don't have Global Entry -- you now have a built-in line on your way home.

Finally, be aware that MCE on an LUS plane does not mean the same thing as on an LAA plane. There is not (necessarily) more leg room.

All this said, I actually like row 7 in an A330-200. If you are a pair, and you grab 7C and 7F, you will likely have the whole row to yourselves. I've done the PHL-MAD RT a couple of times this year, and it looked like that in those forward seats on all of the legs. But on any given flight, you never know....
