I even wonder if AirAsia India would be legally protected from claims in India, as a subsidiary of AirAsia, based in Malaysia.

Anyway, I've reached out to Dr. Mahesh Sharma of the Ministry of Culture, and will report back as to waht happens.

But since I don't know if that will help, any other ideas are most welcome!
