Hi,

On a recent flight I provided the checkin agent with an A3 miles number which she registered and was shown on my boarding pass. After this I entered the lounge using TK elite. Everything seemed fine and I even received an operational upgrade to Business class.

But after I boarded I noticed that on this new boarding pass my TK elite number showed instead of A3. Which resulted in getting TK miles rewarded (booking class for only 25%) instead of A3 (which would have rewarded 50%)

Question in short:
Has anyone ever succeeded in removing miles from his/her TK account and reclaim it at another star alliance airlines?

What would be the best approach?
