I'm in Z. Called to change my seat to bassinet row but was told business is full. Chance of op-up to first? I'm a SEN.
Although they are still selling seats in all classes, all available seats (including those in the bassinet row) appear to be blocked apart from the two seats in F. The chance of an op-up from Z is not great but let us know how it works out.
