If booked on the BA codeshares you will earn in BAEC. I don't think you'll earn in AA (which is where you credit to IIRC).

Status-based lounge access will depend on the agreement reached between BA and MU but if it's permitted then I would again expect this only to be for BA cardholders, not AA.
