Yes, I always keep track of points manually and I have found both HDFC & Citi to miss (conveniently?) posting some bonus points and after reaching out, the points do post.
I am sure, I myself miscalculate and leave some points on the table. oh well.
For the benefit of all (myself included), could we make a Wiki with the promotions/miles/dates for each program?
Maybe even a spreadsheet to put up here with dates? (I would do this, but haven't had the time to track my points at all, so I wouldn't have the data)
Maybe we have to start different threads for each card??
