90 lol..Seriously, the hotel does seem like its more geared toward younger people. The employees just seem too loose there. Valet attendants are chatting away instead of helping, housekeeping lady was texting on her phone while mopping and didn't even bother looking up when we walked by. This is probably the first time i've encountered restaurants that close from 2PM till 5:30PM. Its funny because we left Kapalua and everything was opened. Drove down to Wailea and every restaurant in sight don't serve much from 2pm till 5:30pm.
As another young person, I very much agree. The staff were young and overly friendly. But we generally interact with staff and they went out of their way for us constantly.
The pool attendants were like college kids. They were sweet, though.
If you're expecting the Four Seasons or Park Hyatt standard or utterly professional service then you have misunderstood the Andaz concept.
I should say we were there very shortly after opening. Reading this thread makes us unlikely to return with all of the Diamond benefits being 'enhanced.' We got a full breakfast and an Ocean suite on the top floor.
