Some last observations from me (at least for now):

-for what I am looking for, Polaris looks and feels great. I worry about the tray system, mainly because of the long-term stresses that will put on the middle divider. The hard product is hands-down much better than the existing BF (I can't comment on GF as I have not had the opportunity to experience it).

-the food at the event was a bit 'meh'. The catered buffet food was all pasta, with chilled chow mein in a takeout box being the other choice. Finger foods were much better, particularly the tomato with mozzarella drizzled in balsamic, along with the sliders. Good enough, but given that UA is already working with the Trotter Project, the food really isn't any kind of significant rebrand from what already exists, IMO.

-if the Polaris Lounge bars look like they do at the event, it will be nice - but I do hope they decrease the lighting. As they are putting EWR's Polaris Lounge at C3, they can subsist on ambient light until the sun is down.

-the snack bar in the galley ain't anything too special, although the VR demo made it seem like you can pour your own drinks (seems like a liability issue waiting to happen if that is the case).
