Received the error message as well. Called the number, he said he would enroll me in the promotion, didn't work. On hold, came back and said August 25 is the day it goes live. I asked if he could see what my offer was because I need to make some bookings mid-Sept and they are nonrefundable 21 day advance rates. I will make plans based on what my offer is. Put me on hold, never came back. That call lasted 32 minutes.
