I like a window seat and so far all the As and Bs from row 23 to 29 are open last I checked. They are $50 each...
Assuming these are open (ie nobody is sitting in them at time of takeoff and nobody in the B) could I move to eg 29A? Or must you sit in the seat you chose

If you have not paid the money for that seat, you cannot technically take it. Even after the plane is off the ground. You can always ask, and may even be able to sneak into it, but if that seat is an extra revenue seat and you don't have an extra revenue fare, you don't have any right to it.
