We were delayed at EWR, landed @ LAS and actually deplaning 6:19. I went to the United Club, stayed for about 10 minutes and returned to the gate. It was about 6:37 pm and they were boarding Group 3.
While the 320 is smaller than a 737, it was impressive that they turned the plane around so quickly.
I had a similar experience on Monday night DEN-SAN A320. The inbound was late from PHL, and people were deplaning about at our originally scheduled boarding time was to begin. The GA said they would be doing a "quick turn" so that we could get to SAN on-time. We left the gate one minute late and arrived in SAN a few minutes early.
