And the National Weather Service has once again issued a flash flood warning here as intense thunderstorms continue to pummel parts of the region with heavy rain. Several area rivers are now back on the rise after an initial slow fall; however, I do not think we'll see the severe flooding we experienced last weekend.....I hope.
