Both issues are discussed in this thread.
  1. Some folks swear by them -- especially if you are not real tall. Others -- I'm among them -- are taller and thus less enthusiastic about bulkhead seats.
  2. My view is that these seats are cruddy. The bulkhead is closer than in 7G/7H.
