Masters of disasters
I can now answer my own thread: I contacted ANA in Japan, and UNBELIEVABLY they told me that Aeroplan failed to issue my ticket within the time set to do so! They therefore cancelled the booking. I could have rolled up at the airport in BKK and been turned away as having no reservation!
I now have to spend hours yet again calling Aeropain to somehow correct this.
Any suggestions as to what compensation i should demand?
