ANA cannot see my Aeroplan reservation!
Any body else have this problem: I have a "confirmed" Email from Aeroplan for ANA flights from BKK-HND-YVR, then connecting to AC for YVR-YYJ.
I could not bring up my reservation on the ANA website, so I called them giving the ANA confirmation code . All they could see was my YVR-YYJ flight!
