You'll have time. It's a 10 minute walk from The Pier to any point in the main terminal. Your BKK flight is likely to arrive at that end of the airport so you can use the nearby transfer point and go straight there.

If you were on the earlier BA32 there is a chance you would also depart from a high gate right outside The Pier. The 28 almost always goes from Gate 16.
