I'd contact Hyatt Corp. If their website shows 5000 INR, I expect to be charged 5000 INR when booking a room, not some random USD amount that the hotel deems to be the equivalent.
That reminds me:

When charged in CNY in China, the name appeared as something other than Hyatt on my credit card statement. It was another battle to get the proper credit using the Hyatt Visa card.

This was several years ago and may have been corrected since, but it's definitely something to keep an eye out for when your statement arrives.
