First of all, Prague is not all that pleasant in January if you plan to go on hubby's Bday. Greece, OTOH .... Paris is OK.
Yes, you an use miles to u/g into Biz, and yes it's worth it IMHO - certainly on Redeye to Europe. On my last trip flew Biz to Europe and E+ on daytime flight back. But Biz both ways is VERY nice.
Be aware that unless you buy an expensive Y or B fare there is a co-pay - $550 each way IIRC (still way cheaper than buying Biz in most instances).
