When you arrive at T5, follow the purple Flight Connections signs for T4. When the bus arrives at T4, follow the EXIT signs, which will take you to UK immigration. Once clear, pass through Customs and exit, you are now landside on the T4 Arrivals level. Walk past the WH Smith store, then look left and you will see the entrance to the Yotel.

So I will catch the flight connection sign from T5 to T4, and will ride a bus to T4, then I will exit airside T4 (passing through customs) and enter landside T4 (Yotel).
I have a US passport. Are there any fancy lounges for a fee in T4 that I could access as an economy passenger? I thought I would not be allowed airside in T4, but it looks like I will be "transfering" from airside T5 to T4 by bus, even though my connection is through T5 several hours later.
Regarding the busses from T4 to T5 where do I catch those from the yotel?
