Second, with 100k miles, how can I best use them? My husband's 50th bday is January 2nd and I would like to take him to Europe. What is the best way to use these miles towards that? Our preferred destinations are Greece or France followed by Prague. Should I use them to upgrade to business class from paid tickets ( is United business worth it?- can I even do that for 100k?)?
I realize that this is very vague but I am trying my best to make the most of these miles. I am now traveling more with Delta so I want to use my United miles up.
