That works if you don't want to use the Hyatt VISA (or some other non-Amex that provides bonus points for travel spend).

I'd contact Hyatt Corp. If their website shows 5000 INR, I expect to be charged 5000 INR when booking a room, not some random USD amount that the hotel deems to be the equivalent.
