Q2: Yes, no problem at all comibing a suite upgrade cert with a 3rd night free cert

Q1: Probably just $200, since the free night cert technically only covers accommodation and any rate inclusions (breakfast, resort credit etc.) don't apply when using a free night cert (though once in a while a hotel offers more than required, but I wouldn't expect it)
