The wife and I are flying from London to Canada and then on to St Lucia a few days later and we're flying business class. I might like to use my laptop and/or charge my phone/iPad en-route. The air canada website says there is an 'individual power supply' but I'm unsure as to what this means. Is it a special airline power socket, is it a US power socket, is it 120 or 240V etc? I just want to check before I head off in case I need to get some kind of adapter.

In case it matters, we're flying:

LHR->YOW on Friday (763). Then YOW->YYZ (320) and YYZ->UVF (319) on Sunday. Then UVF->YYV (319) and YYV-LHR (77L) the following Sunday.

This is the first time we've flown international business class and the first time business class with Air Canada in general so I'm not sure what to expect!
