Start it as a new booking, without being linked by Google Flights, and follow it through.
Google Flights could well be showing phantom availability, and it has history of doing so. The price you are seeing on Google Flights, may simply no longer be available, hence it is triggering an error.
Try a brand new booking on the QR website and let us know if that solves the issue?

Tried it as a brand new booking on Qatar airlines and selected all the flights separately. It shows the price and availability, lets me put in the names and contact details, then gives the error message after that.
I think it has to do with availability in O class which is where this fare should ticket. I just got off the phone with Qatar and they cant see availability in this class and had no explanation. Its just strange that Qatarairways.com show it as available but wont ticket.
