A world class hotel

Introduction A world class hotel in a great location! Check In Excellent front desk staff who were professional yet personable. Room It was a last minute booking (given we were planning to stay at the nearby Westin instead). We had booked a Junior Suite using points (which was 11,500 for this speciality room) for the first night, and had a cash stay for the second  and third night in a standard Classic room. Our Junior Suite was upgraded to a Grand Suite, after our Suite Night Award was confirmed for the second and third night (from the Classic room). The Grand Suite is very impressive, modern with a strong hints of luxury. Excellent natural lighting to the separate living room and bedroom. Location Excellent location with with most things within walking distance. Overall This is a solid hotel, excellent service from all staff, the hotel public areas are impeccable, the rooms are gorgous, the restaurant is great and the bar is a relaxing place to unwind after a lazy day. Dining Platinum guests can elect to have their platinum amenity as the full buffet breakfast. The restaurant provides a very good spread. My tip is to find a table on the small terrace overlooking the inner courtyard.
